2. Do I need prior first aid experience to attend?
No prior experience is necessary. The course is designed for beginners and provides a solid foundation in emergency first aid.
3. What is included in the course fee?
The fee includes expert instruction, all course materials, use of training equipment, and an FAIB-accredited certificate upon successful completion.
4. How long is the certification valid?
The FAIB-accredited Emergency First Aid at Work certificate is valid for 3 years. After this period, you will need to complete a refresher course to remain certified.
5. Will I have to take an assessment?
Yes, there is a short practical and theoretical assessment at the end of the course to demonstrate your understanding. Don’t worry—our trainers will ensure you are well-prepared.
6. What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities (such as kneeling). All training materials will be provided, so you only need to bring a notepad and pen if you wish to take notes.
7. What time should I arrive?
The course starts promptly at 9:00 AM, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early to register.
8. Is there parking at the venue?
Venue-specific details, including parking availability, will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
9. What happens if I can’t attend?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend. Depending on the notice period, we may be able to transfer your booking to a future course date.
